The Greater Worcester Model Yacht Club

We are an informal club that encourages men and women of all ages to join us in sailing Radio Controlled Model Sailboats. Our boats range from about 30 to 70 inches long. Some of the boats are almost ready to sail with only minor assembly required, and others are kits that might take a month or so to build. Our primary goal is to have fun and share the joy of watching the wind (only) make our little boats perform. We invite experienced sailors of large and small boats and beginners who have never sailed to join our group. We typically bring chairs to the water's edge, sail our boats with a transmitter, talk, laugh, kid each other and, of course, solve all the world's problems!
